met Sam while we were at Mass Art. We shared several mutual friends and Sam
was a very visable character. The 'event' band The Bob Jones Experience was
always a 'must see' and then there was the premiere screening of 'Beach Beast'
with Sam in an unforgettable role. Haven't seen much of him since then but we're
all proud of him and his much deserved attention."

I met Keith in the early eighties while we were students at Mass. College
of Art. Keith did a sound work that really impressed me. He placed a microphone
on a stand in the middle of an empty gallery. The cord went snaking through
the building to the sound lab where the audio signal from the mic was processed
and then sent back down to a speaker in the gallery. He was part of the Studio
for Interraleted Media program [SIM], which had all the smartest, most interesting
people in the school. Since then I've kept up with him off and on over the
years and now he's here in LA, living and working." Sam
